Job Details We are looking for an experienced Trust Administration and/or Probate Attorney to assume responsibility for an existing caseload and take ownership of post-death matters. Responsibilities Manage post-death trust administration and probate cases Lead client meetings with compassion and confidence Handle all aspects of trust administration and probate from start to finish Manage statutory timelines, notices, filings, and accountings Work closely with CPAs, fiduciaries, and financial advisors Oversee support staff involved in administration and probate matters Ensure smooth communication and steady progress on all active files Qualifications Strong experience in trust administration, probate, and estate planning JD from an accredited law school Open to CPAs/EAs with JD/LLM backgrounds looking to return to legal practice Interested in hearing more?
