Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to assume the role of Manufacturing Management Internship in our Oxford, OH location, starting in May 2025 for the Summer. This will be a full-time position, meaning you will work no more than 40 hours per week. No visa sponsorship or relocation will be provided for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for scheduling material flow planning and for ensuring material availability.
  • Product/component simplification and standardization which included analysis of existing components and design of new component layouts
  • Investigate, evaluate, document, and optimize existing manufacturing processes

  • Have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and team collaboration skills (English language)
  • Have exceptional leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Have the ability to set overall priorities and form action plans to implement and monitor for results
