As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in our educational programs during the absence of regular teachers. Are You Qualified? Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children.  Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more  If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center  Being able to Speak and understand Spanish and English is required Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet Montessori Certification preferred 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California Strong collaboration and communication skills are required. Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
