As an Assistant Teacher, you will assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children.  Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a preschool or early childhood setting preferred. Warm, patient, and flexible approach to working with young children. Ability to take direction and contribute positively as part of a team. Strong collaboration and communication skills are required. Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
