A Special Education Teacher opportunity is available for the current school year, providing support to K-12 students in a self-contained classroom setting. The position involves working with a caseload of 6-8 students, delivering specialized instruction and fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Location:
~ Multiple schools near Plymouth, MN
~37.5 hours per week
~ Contract role beginning ASAP through June 2, 2026

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
Manage a self-contained classroom for students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade
Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior
Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Teacher certification with Tier 3 or Tier 4 licenses in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD)
Experience working with K-12 students in special education settings preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate of $34-$37 per hour (W2 contract)
