Jellycat has an exciting opportunity for a new Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing Finance Team. This role is suitable for someone with 2+ years experience within an accounts payable team. Posting purchase ledger entries into the accounting system, including invoices, payments and allocations. Assisting with year-end audits and 1099 preparation. Serving as backup for the PO process. Monitoring aging reports and helping maintain healthy vendor relationships. 2+ years of experience within an Accounts Payable capacity. ~ Excellent attention to detail & a good understanding of Excel. ~ Good financial knowledge. ~ Bonus
