General Production Worker

Assembler We are seeking an Assembler to join our high-volume manufacturing team. The role involves assembling components and related parts with precision and efficiency, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. Key Responsibilities Assemble components and associated parts according to specifications. Perform material movement, including placing parts in fixtures and handling components safely. Operate and monitor automation equipment as required. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality. Utilize hand and power tools effectively in the assembly process. Required Skills Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately. Experience in general production or manufacturing environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work on a production line and meet daily output goals. Additional Qualifications Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical work preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with hand and power tools in a production setting. Experience Level Entry-Level Training provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cowden, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
