At PetSmart, teamwork and connection are core to how we thrive. This role is based at our Phoenix Home Office, with an expectation of working a minimum of four days in the office each week. In a standard work week, associates may work up to one remote “flex day” (with leader approval). In partnership with our vendors, merchandisers, planners and marketing, the Merchandise Coordinator will manage the day-to-day maintenance of our items/sku's. Vendor monitoring, payback management
Maintenance and execution of digital pricing and promotions such as iMAP changes and Omni/web only offer setup. Collaboration with Site Merch team to ensure omni-offer creative and messaging is accurate and effective. 
Manage the online assortment through greenlighting items to go live on site, setting fulfillment eligibility, coordinating assets and PDP updates with vendors, and assisting with backend attribution and taxonomy projects to ensure a seamless digital customer experience.
Occasional customer service issues or store questions
Requires knowledge obtained through an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree
Proficiency typically obtained with 2+ years experience in a Buyer support, merchandising, or data entry role
Experience with Excel; Requires good analytical process skills and high level of accountability to ensure accuracy of data
Requires excellent organization and accurate data entry skills
