Proposal Coordinator – Public Sector Programs
Proposal and Partner Operations Team

Reporting Structure:
• Reports to: Director of Proposal Operations

Join our Proposal Operations team, where you’ll play a critical role in
managing and coordinating proposal submissions for federal, state, and local government
The Proposal Coordinator ensures seamless collaboration between software
environment and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and
Coordinate content from software, services, and channel partners to compile
Partner Collaboration & Content Management:
• Serve as the central point of contact for proposal inputs from OEMs, ISVs, and
Ensure partner content aligns with opportunity requirements and organizational
performance summaries, and pricing exhibits.
• Maintain consistent communication with internal Sales, Legal, and Contracts teams
Verify that all submissions meet federal, state, and local procurement compliance
Ensure all required representations, certifications, and vendor documents ( ,
Support internal audits and maintain organized proposal records within document
Process Improvement & Reporting:

• Support continuous process improvement efforts within the Proposal Operations
Work closely with the Sales, Legal, Contracts, and Operations teams to ensure
materials.

Perform additional tasks as assigned, including support for special projects, partner
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, English, or a
related field.

2–4 years of experience in proposal coordination, bid management, or contract
Familiarity with government procurement processes (federal, state, and local).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and CRM or proposal management
platforms.
• Experience supporting technology vendors or public sector channel partners.
• Familiarity with , FedBizOpps ( Opportunities), or other public sector
procurement platforms.
• Understanding of partner ecosystems (OEMs, ISVs, resellers) within the public sector
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage ambiguity.
