Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Working Foreman Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will perform a variety of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks while ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards. The position includes participation in an on-call support rotation to handle emergency services, providing opportunities for additional compensation. Key Responsibilities: * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and sewage systems in residential and commercial settings. * Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and malfunctions, using appropriate tools and techniques. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to plan and execute projects efficiently. * Collaborate with team members, including apprentices and other tradespeople, to complete jobs on time and within budget. * Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues, solutions, and preventive maintenance to clients. * Participate in an on-call support rotation (typically one week every 4-6 weeks) to respond to after-hours emergencies, with time-and-a-half pay for on-call hours. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs. * Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols, company policies, and relevant regulations. * Assist in mentoring junior staff and contributing to team training as needed. Qualifications and Requirements: * Valid Journeyman Plumber license in Montana. * Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a working plumber in residential and/or commercial environments. * Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and best practices. * Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment; ability to supply basic plumbing tools. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; reliable transportation required. * Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods. * Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Availability for on-call rotation and occasional overtime. Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive starting hourly wage of $40- $52, based on experience and qualifications.
