We are looking for an admitted, experienced, and professional candidate for a Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney position. Quality candidates will demonstrate a strong knowledge of motions and pleadings . They will work on a team dedicated to managing litigation cases, writing dispositive motions, writing responsive pleadings, and supporting the trial team with legal research and input on strategies. The ideal attorney will have excellent legal research and analysis skills as well as experience drafting discovery, pleadings, and a variety of motions.

As a Permanent Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will:
Manage all phases of personal injury and wrongful death litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
Stay updated on the latest legal developments and trends in personal injury law.
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Personal Injury Litigation Attorney position must have the following qualifications:
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
Proven track record of successful personal injury case outcomes.
Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
