is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager (Level K) to support out F/A – 18 SLM team in Berkeley, MO.
The Manufacturing Operations Manager is an exciting opportunity to manage, develop, and motivated a high performing team of employees on the F/A – 18 Service Life Modification (SLM) Program.
Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Manages, develops and motivates employees
3+ years' experience in a leadership role leading multi-disciplinary teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
3+ years' experience working with or supporting military aircraft
5+ years' experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
Experience with F/A-18 maintenance operations
F/A - 18 Retrofit experience or fleet support
Experience managing with collective bargaining agreement and/or a union-represented workforce
Bachelor's degree or higher

This position may require travel up to 10% of the time
Shift:
This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives
