CNC MILL/ Lathe ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Setting production machinery for acceptable production processes and obtaining run approval.
· Ability to edit and interpret G and M Code
· Ability to run 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC Mills/ Lathes
· Assure conformance to quality specifications using a variety of gages and indicators.
· Meet production quantity and quality standards.
· Ensure safety guards and personal protective equipment are in place at all times.
· Follow and enforce work Instructions, procedures, and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES of a CNC Machinist:
· Thorough knowledge of specific department equipment and their processes.
· Minimum 3-5 years CNC Milling/ Lathe Machining experience (Horizontal, Vertical, or Boring Mill)
25-35 Hourly Wage
