Production Planner
Production Planner to manage production planning functions while maintaining lean inventory and meeting customer commitments.
This role serves as the critical link between sales commitments and manufacturing execution. You'll develop master production schedules that balance customer requirements with inventory optimization while managing order backlogs, forecasts, and supply constraints.
Develop and maintain master production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize inventory
Translate supply chain data into actionable timelines for sales teams
Support new product introductions with materials and capacity planning
Resolve inventory discrepancies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Manage supplier relationships to ensure material availability
Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve production targets
5+ years planning experience in manufacturing environments
~ Bachelor's degree preferred
~ Proficiency with MS Teams and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel required)
~ Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, MRP, inventory management, and Kanban systems
~ Experience managing complex BOMs (50+ parts) and competing priorities
