· Provide technical support and interact with end-users in-person, by email, or by response to tickets
· Provide Tier 2 and below technical support to end users
· Diagnose hardware issues and recommend solutions to IT leadership
· Handle the shipping and receiving of hardware
· Associate's degree or certification in a relevant technical field
· 2+ years of experience in the IT industry
· Ability to obtain Security+ certificate, a CISSP certification or equivalent Cyber Security certification
· This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance. Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering Windows Server (2016 or later), macOS (Sequoia 15 or later) and Windows desktop OS (Windows 10 or later)
· Experience administering Red Hat Linux based systems, to include Linux sub-systems, patching, packaging (RPM), performance tuning, networking, user management, and security
· Familiarity with Microsoft 365 account management tools
· Technical writing and communication skills
· 4+ years of experience in the manufacturing or IT industry
· Experience maintaining and configuring Microsoft Azure environments
· Experience executing DoD STIGs for operating systems (Windows 10, macOS, Windows Server 2016+)
· Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux integration
· S. government inventory tracking and management best practices
