Manual QA Analyst (Contract) – Cleveland, OH (Local / Regional Only)12-Month Contract | No C2C | No Visa Sponsorship
Candidates must be local to Cleveland, OH or within a 5-hour driving distance and able to attend on-site onboarding. We're looking for a strong, hands-on Manual QA Analyst to support business-critical, transaction-heavy applications in a fast-moving Agile environment. This is a manual-first QA role focused on test case creation, execution, and validating complex business and financial rules.
This role is best suited for someone who works independently, digs into systems, and takes ownership of quality — not someone looking for step-by-step direction or full automation work.
Create, execute, and maintain manual test cases
Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing
Validate calculation-heavy logic (billing, interest, penalties, financial transactions)
Test desktop, web, and IVR-based applications
Log and track defects clearly in Jira or Azure DevOps
Partner closely with developers and product owners in an Agile/Scrum environment
Strong manual QA tester (automation exposure is a plus, not the focus)
Experience testing financial, billing, or transaction-based systems is a plus
Able to commute for on-site onboarding in Cleveland, OH
