We’re hiring a QA Analyst to help ensure high-quality, reliable, and high-performing software solutions. If you’re passionate about testing, problem-solving, and improving user experience, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact. What You’ll Do Design and execute test plans to validate new features, enhancements, and defect fixes Evaluate functionality, performance, reliability, stability & integration with other systems Document test results and communicate defects and insights to development teams Track issue resolution and support continuous improvement Ensure final deliverables meet business requirements and end-user expectations Identify opportunities to improve product quality and testing processes Manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or another STEM field 3–5 years of experience in software QA/test plan development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Working understanding of Microsoft environments (Visual Studio, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server) Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly and work independently Preferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps Exposure to automation tools like Katalon Familiarity with developing repeatable testing processes Why You’ll Love Working Here High-impact role influencing software quality and user experience Collaborative, people-first culture Opportunities for continuous learning and growth
