We are seeking a _*Master*_ *Diesel Mechanic* — the kind of person who can diagnose anything, determined to fix everything, and get our tow trucks back on the road when it matters most. We’re an up-and-coming towing, snow-plowing, and mobile mechanic company with big vision and serious standards. When one of our tow trucks goes down, the whole operation feels it. That’s why this role is critical. You’re not just turning wrenches — you’re keeping the mission alive. If you’re the mechanic everyone calls when nobody else can figure it out… this is your seat. What You’ll Do * Diagnose and repair *diesel trucks from start to finish* — engine, electrical, drivetrain, hydraulics, suspension, and everything in between. * Be the *go-to problem solver* when our tow trucks break down — ready to drop what you’re doing and help get them back in service fast. * Handle complex diagnostics that others can’t crack. * Work closely with our mobile mechanic, providing guidance, leadership, and support. * Assist with light automotive repairs in our Mobile Mechanic Division — this will be easy work for someone at your level. * Keep clear service records and communicate well with dispatch and leadership. * As our fleet grows, this role will become busier and more specialized. In the meantime, be flexible and open-minded — willing to help with towing or plowing when needed to fill gaps, stay productive, and earn solid hours while the mechanic side continues to scale. * Help build systems and standards as we grow. What We’re Looking For * Strong experience with *diesel engines and systems*. * High-level understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. * Proven diagnostic ability. * Willingness to respond when critical equipment goes down. * Leadership mindset — able to guide and support other mechanics. * Positive, solution-oriented attitude.
