As our Safety Coordinator, you'll lead proactive safety initiatives while partnering directly with operations to ensure every employee goes home safe, every day. What You'll Do Conduct daily safety inspections and partner with supervisors to correct hazards in real-time Support high-risk work activities (HRW) with planning, permit compliance, and PPE oversight Lead onboarding safety orientations, toolbox talks, and regulatory training Drive continuous improvement in safety documentation, reporting, and incident prevention Engage employees through coaching and positive reinforcement of safe behaviors What You Bring Strong understanding of OSHA standards and industrial safety best practices Ability to build trusting relationships on the shop floor Confidence in leading training and influencing safe work practices Preferred: OSHA 30, experience in construction or manufacturing safety Why You'll Love EAS Growing company with career advancement in Safety Make a major impact on culture and performance Competitive pay + full benefits + training & certifications
