Join a company that’s on the rise and be part of its exciting journey. Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in environmental or civil engineering. PE license 5 plus years of civil and environmental engineering experience with a concentration in wastewater treatment design Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred or sufficient knowledge of the software to effectively manage others Experience managing and supervising the work efforts of assigned staff regarding scope, schedule, quality, and budget of projects Experience delineating capital projects’ scopes from concept through construction Ability to track and oversee multiple projects at a time Effective written and verbal communication skills Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities Design and implement wastewater treatment systems, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine optimal solutions for wastewater treatment projects Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates for wastewater treatment facilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including environmental scientists, civil engineers, and project managers Communicate effectively with clients, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Manage and mentor staff of design engineers as part of a Design Team Forecast project timelines, prepare schedules for staff, and meet deadlines for multiple projects at a time Possess the ability to find solutions to design issues regarding site constraints, applicable regulations, budgets, and timing Oversee the preparation of construction specifications, public bid documents, and construction cost estimates for municipal and public sector clients If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and advance your career, apply today
