Joina company that’s on the rise and be part of its exciting journey.QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in environmental or civil engineering.PE license5 plus years of civil and environmental engineering experience with a concentration in wastewater treatment designProficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred or sufficient knowledge of the software to effectively manage othersExperience managing and supervising the work efforts of assigned staff regarding scope, schedule, quality, and budget of projectsExperience delineating capital projects’ scopes from concept through constructionAbility to track and oversee multiple projects at a timeEffective written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter who can work independently and as part of a teamResponsibilitiesDesign and implement wastewater treatment systems, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and industry standardsConduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine optimal solutions for wastewater treatment projectsPrepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates for wastewater treatment facilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including environmental scientists, civil engineers, and project managersCommunicate effectively with clients, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleManage and mentor staff of design engineers as part of a Design Team Forecast project timelines, prepare schedules for staff, and meet deadlines for multiple projects at a timePossess the ability to find solutions to design issues regarding site constraints, applicable regulations, budgets, and timingOversee the preparation of construction specifications, public bid documents, and construction cost estimates for municipal and public sector clientsIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact and advance your career, apply today
