Join the Center for the Rights of Abused Children as our Administrative Assistant, a senior support role for an experienced professional who runs the organization's operating rhythmmeetings, projects, and documentswith minimal oversight. This is not an entry-level position. Project & Document Management: Drive multiple ongoing projects to completion and prepare, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail. AI & Process Efficiency: Use AI tools and technology to streamline notetaking, document preparation, and administrative workflows, proactively identifying opportunities to work faster and more accurately. Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence on behalf of the organization, and support communications with donors, clients, board members, and other stakeholders as needed, maintaining a professional and consistent voice. Serve as a point of contact for vendors and service providers, coordinating scheduling, deliverables, and follow-through. Seniority: This is a high-level position, not an entry-level one. A reliable finisher who takes ownership of tasks and projects from start to finish and communicates proactively on status.

Experience:
5+ years in a senior administrative, executive support, or operations role, ideally supporting leadership in a fast-paced environment.
