About the Facility Location The facility is located in Newton, Kansas. About the Clinician's Workday This Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. onsite role includes no weekend coverage. The position covers all diagnostic radiology modalities plus mammography, including CT, MRI, mammography, ultrasound, plain film, and nuclear medicine. Procedures include ultrasound-guided thoracentesis, paracentesis, liver biopsies, and breast biopsies, though these are flexible and can be postponed as needed; most are performed by a radiology PA under supervision. Typical weekday volume is about 125 studies, including 20-30 CTs, 15-20 MRIs, 20 mammography exams, 15-20 ultrasounds, 40-50 X-rays, and 1-5 nuclear medicine cases. Additional Job Details Case Load/PPD: 125 Location Type: On-Site Government: No Procedures: US biopsies, Liver biopsies, US guided breast biopsies -can be postponed. PA generally performs most of these under supervision.
