This role requires a get-it-done construction leader with deep experience across high-rise, multifamily, commercial, and hospitality developments, who can drive schedules, control costs, and deliver exceptional quality. Lead all phases of construction operations across assigned projects and regions
Maintain direct, on-site involvement to ensure schedule adherence, budget control, safety, and quality
Partner with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and municipal agencies
Manage budgets exceeding $50M + , including cost control, forecasting, and change management
Resolve field issues quickly to mitigate risk and avoid delays
Collaborate with development and design teams during pre-construction and design phases
Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones to executive leadership
Travel to project sites as required
7+ years of construction management experience, including luxury high-rise or complex urban projects
~ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
~ Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets ($50M+)
~ Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, safety standards, and quality control
~ Ability to manage multiple projects across different states
