We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing Manager to support agents and internal teams across a wide range of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys variety, juggling multiple platforms and priorities, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and follow-through. 

This role offers high visibility and direct impact across the organization, giving you the opportunity to strengthen the 8z brand, support agent success, and drive business growth.

Serve as a primary point of contact for agent marketing questions and assist with customized materials and campaigns.
Troubleshoot and support agent-facing platforms, including Rechat, LoLo, Homebot, and other marketing tools.
Support agent integration into sphere marketing programs and digital marketing platforms.
Build and manage recurring internal and external email communications, including newsletters, brokerage-wide emails, and drip campaigns.
Ensure all email communications are consistent, high-quality, and aligned with the 8z brand.
Manage the Hyperlocal program, tracking participating agents and individual marketing materials and budgets.
Develop and manage a wide range of marketing assets, including digital graphics, flyers, email templates, social posts, and presentations for leadership or company initiatives.
Collaborate with internal and external partners, including social media strategists and vendors, to ensure cohesive, high-quality campaigns.
Maintain and optimize marketing platforms, ensuring consistent performance and adoption across the organization.
Work with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, projects, and organizational goals.
Provide guidance and resources to agents, ensuring successful engagement with marketing programs.

2–4+ years of experience in marketing.
~ Experience managing websites or content management systems (CMS).
~ Familiarity with email marketing tools or CRM/automation platforms; Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
~ Real estate industry marketing experience or interest preferred but not required.
