Entry Level Litigation Attorney

And when it comes to active litigation, you’ll work with other attorneys passionate about representing franchisees. Your Wins Are Your Wins: 1,700 billable target (including 100 creditable non-billable hours), Quarterly performance bonuses that actually reward the work you put in, and Origination credit when you bring in business. You won't dread Monday mornings here. Whether that means taking on bigger cases, mentoring junior attorneys down the line, or building your own book of business, we're invested in your trajectory. Independently handle transactional and pre-lawsuit dispute matters from start to finish Identify claims and help clients navigate their options Draft demand letters and settlement agreements Effectively confer with franchisors and opposing counsel Set and manage client expectations Qualifications: What We Need From You The Baseline: J.D. from an accredited law school Active State Bar license in good standing 4 years of litigation experience The Real Stuff: You're responsive , clients and colleagues can count on you You're detail-oriented without being paralyzed by perfectionism You're intellectually curious , you want to understand the "why," not just the "what" You can manage your own workload and hit deadlines without constant check-ins You’re a strategic thinker who finds ways to advance the client’s interests You communicate clearly , whether that's in writing or on a call with an anxious franchisee About Company We're a franchise law firm, which means we work with franchisees navigating disputes, transactions, and everything in between.
