\*\*We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation. Employment law or personal injury preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to join a dynamic team and take on significant responsibility in a supportive and collaborative environment. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Maintain regular and open communication with clients, providing updates and explaining legal strategies and potential outcomes.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff within the firm to ensure the highest level of service to clients.
- Stay current on relevant legal developments and changes in laws to provide informed legal advice and strategies.
\*\*Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage cases or transactions independently.
- Strong litigation or transactional experience, depending on the practice area.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience in labor and employment law.
