Managing Enterprise Architect

Seeking an experienced and visionary SAP BRIM Solution Architect to join the Capgemini SAP Practice. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP technologies, extensive experience in architecting complex solutions, and a proven track record of delivering innovative and scalable SAP solutions- Including, experience with SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end subscription and usage-based billing solutions.
Responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership for complex SAP BRIM transformations, including architecture, integration, and process optimization across Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, Subscription Order Management, and Contract Accounting (FI-CA).
Lead business and IT stakeholders in workshops to gather requirements and design scalable, future-proof BRIM solutions.
Provide subject matter expertise in SAP BRIM components: Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical architecture across order-to-cash processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP SD, MM, FICO, CRM, PI/PO, BTP) to deliver holistic solutions.
Provide strategic Architecture Solutioning for the SAP Demand to Supply team, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of supply chain processes.
Provide strategic leadership for the SAP architecture team, overseeing the design and implementation of end-to-end SAP solutions.
Established personal brand amongst peers and executive leaders as the domain expert to call upon for the most critical sales and delivery opportunities. Sustained success at this high level, raising the performance level of the entire team they engage with.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop SAP architecture roadmaps.
Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and alignment with industry best practices.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, SAP partners, and other external stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure that SAP solutions align with overall technology and business strategies.
Provide technical leadership and support for SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and adherence to architecture standards.
Ability to Develop and deliver proposal and presentation content, as well as marketing materials across multiple areas of expertise, within or across industry sectors, that is consistently leveraged across multiple presales opportunities within a region.
Able to lead and represent the entire proposal, ensuring the quality of proposal delivery through the mobilization and motivation of appropriate teams (Capabilities on/off, peer solution architects, domain experts across BL's, etc).
Able to estimate the effort required to deliver the entire scope of a project and propose and optimize resource for opportunities in excess of $50 million across Capgemini lines of business.
Able to deliver a compelling presentations to prospective client, key project team members and stakeholders, including directors, across the entire scope of a proposed engagement.
Able to lead the delivery of a solution business blueprint that will satisfy business requirements and enable timely and profitable delivery on projects greater than $50 million. Demonstrated ability to lead across the full lifecycle of a large transformation project in excess of $50M. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalency
~15 + professional experience in SAP solution architecture, with a deep understanding of SAP modules, technologies, and integration points.
~8+ years of experience with SAP, with at least 4 years in SAP BRIM solution architecture roles.
~ Subscription Order Management (SOM)
~ SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC)
~ SAP Convergent Invoicing (SAP CI)
~ SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA)
~ Solid understanding of integration patterns with CRM, ERP (S/4HANA), BTP, and third-party systems.
~ In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and other SAP technologies- (S/4HANA, BTP, current and emerging patterns for a composable enterprise including: Analytics, Data, Integration, Best of Breed / Best of Suite for Line of Business solutions, and ability to stitch SAP and non-SAP applications together across the application topology to deliver outcomes for client.)
~ SAP BRIM Certifications preferred
~ Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Integration (CPI), or API Management.
