Responsibilities:

  • Responds to tenant needs and coordinates with maintenance staff to resolve problems. Responds to all problems and concerns and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Interacts regularly with tenants and vendors to ensure that objectives are being met. Anticipates and responds to needs and concerns.
  • Assists with the preparation of accurate, timely, and complete reports. Prepares delinquent reports and internal lease administration documents.
  • Performs regular inspections of the property. Recommends and directs alterations, maintenance and reconditioning of property as necessary.
  • Assists with the collection of rent, payments, etc. in compliance with leasing terms and preparations of all notices. Follows up as needed.
  • Handles all Property management office calls, directs callers to managers and or maintenance as appropriate. Addresses questions as applicable.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5 year of office/administrative work experience
  • Proficient in Excel formulas
  • Must have the ability to solve complex problems requiring the use of basic mathematical principles.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
