Work/Life Balance : With a set schedule of Monday through Friday, no nights and no weekends. Manageable Caseloads: Typically, 6-8 learners to prevent burnout. Certified Behavioral Team: Our structure trains RBTs which creates clearer supervision and more time to focus on clinical excellence, not basic skill-building.
