Why Join Us If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we'd love to meet you About the Role Were looking for a dynamic VP of Client Success / Account Management to drive client growth and strengthen key partnerships. This person will not only manage strategic accounts but also lead a team of Account Managers, ensuring both business and people growth. What You Will Do Lead, mentor, and support a team of Account Managers, fostering professional growth and high performance. Own the relationship with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and account expansion. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts. Partner closely with Delivery, Recruiting, and Executive teams to ensure alignment and project success. Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships. Must Haves 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in the IT or software development industry. Prior experience leading a team of Account Managers or similar roles. Advanced English (written and spoken). Strong technical understanding of software development and technology (handson experience in the past is a big plus). Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationshipbuilding skills.
