A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) position is available to support K-12 students in a school setting near Columbus, GA. This contract role spans from January 1st, 2026, through May 21st, 2026, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational journey of children across diverse age groups. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with student IEP goals Adapt therapy techniques to meet the individual needs of students Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, parents, and school staff Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and student progress Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of meaningful therapy plans Qualifications: Active Georgia OT License required Minimum of one year clinical experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred COTAs with prior school-based experience are welcome and will be prioritized Capacity to manage a caseload based on experience and district requirements Ability to work full-time hours: 7.5 hours per day, 37.5 hours per week Virtual occupational therapy options will be considered for highly qualified candidates Location and Schedule: Position located near Columbus, GA, with exact school placement to be determined Contract duration covers the 2025-2026 school year from January to May This role provides the chance to contribute to the growth and development of students within an educational environment that values therapy services. xrczosw If you hold an active GA OT license and are enthusiastic about pediatric therapy in schools, this opportunity is designed for you.
