The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative, learner-centered training solutions that align with business priorities. This role partners with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create impactful learning experiences that drive performance and engagement. Requirements: Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Creative problem-solving and critical thinking Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to translate complex concepts into accessible learning experiences Adult learning theory and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) Learning experience design (LxD) principles eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Agile, Adobe Captivate) Learning Management Systems (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone) Learning analytics and data-driven design Experience with multimedia content creation (video, audio, graphics) Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education or related field required Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD) preferred 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training Experience designing for diverse audiences and delivery formats (e.g., eLearning, ILT, VILT, blended) EEO Statement Jackson and Coker is an EEO/AA Employer.
