Analyzes strategy and contributes to the design groups efforts to enhance the look and feel of the organizations digital offerings.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Has good knowledge of UX design principles and can independently manage small projects or small aspects of a larger project.Responsible for applying those levels of knowledge and professional experience to the development of AT&T design processes, roles and resources.Job Contribution:Education:Preferred Bachelor of Science degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interactive Media, or Graphic Design or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.Experience:Moderate-level, real-world experience in design (3-5 years) with limited experience managing projects independently.Supervisory:NoOur Senior UX Designer earns between $130,700-$196,100 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
