Organize and place all donations in the appropriate gaylords and areas of the trailer while preserving the integrity and quality of the donation. Effectively tell the KARM Stores and KARM story while also explaining the mission and why we do what we do. Properly issue receipts for donations, in a timely manner. Use an iPad for taking in and keeping up with donations. Assist the Receiving Management team in leading and equipping the team to reveal Christ in every aspect of their job, to each other, donors, customers and volunteers. Train receiving staff to consistently collect donor information to ensure numbers of recorded donations can be measured.
