We're seeking a Project Manager to lead complex ground engineering projects across Tennessee and the Southeast. This isn't your typical PM role - we're looking for someone who thrives in the dirt, understands the intricacies of soil behavior, and can drive high-stakes foundation and excavation projects from concept to completion. What You'll Be Doing: Leading field operations for deep foundation systems (drilled shafts, micropiles, driven piles). Managing support of excavation works including soldier pile and lagging, secant walls, and tiebacks. Overseeing ground improvement techniques such as jet grouting, vibro compaction, and soil mixing. Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery. Monitoring budgets, schedules, and safety compliance across multiple active sites. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience in geotechnical or heavy civil construction, with a strong foundation in deep foundations and SOE. Proven leadership on multi-million dollar projects involving complex ground conditions. Ability to interpret geotechnical reports and translate them into actionable construction plans. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Why Join Us?
