We're seeking a Project Manager to lead complex ground engineering projects across Tennessee and the Southeast. This isn't your typical PM role - we're looking for someone who thrives in the dirt, understands the intricacies of soil behavior, and can drive high-stakes foundation and excavation projects from concept to completion.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading field operations for deep foundation systems (drilled shafts, micropiles, driven piles).
  • Managing support of excavation works including soldier pile and lagging, secant walls, and tiebacks.
  • Overseeing ground improvement techniques such as jet grouting, vibro compaction, and soil mixing.
  • Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery.
  • Monitoring budgets, schedules, and safety compliance across multiple active sites.
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in geotechnical or heavy civil construction, with a strong foundation in deep foundations and SOE.
  • Proven leadership on multi-million dollar projects involving complex ground conditions.
  • Ability to interpret geotechnical reports and translate them into actionable construction plans.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
