MARKET DIRECTOR WEST Qualifications Bachelor's degree- four-year degree from accredited reputable institution Experience leading managers, high performing capital and disposable teams selling disruptive technology A minimum of 8 years of experience within sales, five years' capital sales management, and/or training or marketing organization is required High level of technical/clinical product knowledge Strong organizational and communication skills Must have proven track record of participation leading/teaching at organizational meetings. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a cross‑functional team member is required, presentation (platform) skills are required, proven ability to be a self‑starter and goal oriented is required Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are required Must thrive in complex environment and be able to multi‑task and prioritize Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in specified geography Leadership skills, documented leadership success in the medical device arena, and involvement in sports, professional clubs, or associations. Region West Region - TX, AZ, CA, WA, OR, NV AND NM Responsibilities Will manage 3 ASM's, 3 TM's who work with the capital ASM's, 1 Clinical Sales Manager and their team of 7 clinical specialists (14 direct reports). The Market Director reports to the VP of Sales-West. xrczosw Compensation Base:150K 75K Treatment Variable, 237K Capital Variable TOTAL COMP 462K at plan uncapped, mileage or company car, Full expenses, 401K, medical/dental, Equity at sign on, annual equity based on performance.
