Ideal candidates will demonstrate: ✅ Proven leadership in managing projects from initiation to completion. ✅ Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. ✅ Industry-specific experience in areas such as mechanical systems, automation, fire protection, HVAC, air systems, control, instrumentation & automation, process piping, industrial construction, and industrial services. ✅ Collaboration mindset to drive synergy across multiple business units. ✅ Mobility to travel or relocate to different states based on the project location.
