Senior Director, Data Products & Identity Portfolio This role is at Samba TV , a company that tracks streaming and broadcast video worldwide with proprietary data and technology to transform the viewing experience. Base pay range: $180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own the full product portfolio for Identity and Data Licensing, including onboarding/data ingestion, identity resolution, data licensing, and data products distribution. You will lead a team of product owners and be accountable for the full P&L and strategic direction of these products. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own the vision, roadmap, and business outcomes for the Identity and Data Licensing Product portfolio, balancing investment across innovation, optimization, and technical debt Drive portfoliolevel prioritization and resource allocation decisions with clear ROI frameworks Define and monitor key performance metrics including adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue, and operational efficiency Develop gotomarket strategies in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams Lead and develop a team of Product Owners, coaching on prioritization, stakeholder management, and execution Foster a culture of datadriven decision making, customer empathy, and operational excellence Establish product development best practices and rituals across your portfolio Build team capacity and capabilities to scale with business growth Act as both a customer and producer to other product portfoliosunderstanding dependencies and ensuring seamless integration Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and TV Platform teams to ensure technical feasibility and architectural alignment Cultivate strong gotomarket motions with product marketing partners Collaborate with commercial teams to translate customer needs into product requirements and influence pricing/packaging strategies Incorporate a global lens in decision making by working with international teams and product management Maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors in the identity and data ecosystem Serve as the voice of the customer for identity and data products, synthesizing feedback from advertisers, agencies, publishers, platforms, etc., and internal stakeholders Drive customer adoption and satisfaction through thoughtful product design and clear communication WHO YOU ARE 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading product teams in ad tech, identity, or data products Deep understanding of consumer identity, data licensing, marketplaces, clean rooms, and data sharing Proven track record of managing products as a businessowning outcomes, not just outputs Experience working in complex B2B environments where your products integrate with multiple internal and external systems Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear strategic recommendations Exceptional stakeholder managementable to influence without authority and build consensus across technical and commercial teams Experience with Agile product development methodologies and modern product tooling Preferred Experience Background in identity and/or data licensing/products within the advertising ecosystem Familiarity with privacypreserving technologies and emerging identity solutions Experience managing products through significant regulatory or platform changes Technical background or ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on architecture decisions This role requires someone who can think like a GMowning business outcomes, making tough tradeoffs, and building alignmentwhile staying deeply connected to the technical and customer realities that drive success in ad tech.
