Senior Fullstack Product Engineer Join to apply for the Senior Fullstack Product Engineer role at Mental & Mentla . Mission: Serve as a fullstack product engineer who owns the endtoend development of features, from brainstorming and product collaboration to data modeling, pixelperfect implementation and deployment across backend and frontend. Rapidly deliver highvalue, reliable software that delights users and supports the growth of Mentlas AI Therapist. Outcomes Mobile App Launch: Ship a fully functional new mobile app built in TypeScript + React Native, with delightful interactions, beautiful and pixelperfect design implementation, and deployment to app stores. Backend: Optimize and scale the TypeScript + Node backend. Add some AInative features in our Python backend. Design and implement data schemas in Postgres. Deploy code to EC2 using our CI/CD systems. Own Quality: Were light on automated testing and code review, and we dont have an external QA team, so its hightrust but quality is your responsibility. Feature Implementation: Deliver at least 10 major features per quarter. AIFirst: Brainstorm, learn and code using LLMs, to speed yourself up as aggressively as possible. Data & Analytics Design: Work proactively with data teams, designing stateful data and analytics schemas to answer future business questions. AB Testing: Implement most major features as AB Tests, ensuring statistical accuracy. Estimation & Communication: Accurately estimate timelines for large projects 20% variance, keep everyone informed. Competencies FullStack: Deep expertise in TypeScript, Python, React Native, Node and Postgres. Clean, modular, performanceoptimized code. PixelPerfect: Translate designs into gorgeous UIs with meticulous detail, ensuring crossdevice compatibility. ProductMinded: Think from user perspective, propose flow improvements, align tech decisions with user goals. Fast: Prioritize speed by leveraging AI, shipping early, iterating quickly. Thinks Ahead: Anticipate future usecases, especially for stateful parts of the system. Debugging Expert: Systematic rootcause analysis, ensuring high uptime and preventive fixes. Timeline Estimator: Break projects into granular tasks, account for uncertainties, deliver reliable timelines. Quality Obsessive: Refuse to ship subpar work, continuously improve the codebase.
