UX and Interface Designer

UX and Interface Designer We are seeking a talented UX and Interface Designer to join our team and help create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with a keen eye for detail, excellent design skills, and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, elegant interfaces. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing the following duties but not limited to: Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitive analysis. Translate insights into wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Design responsive web and mobile interfaces aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and refine designs. Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components. Ensure accessibility and best practices (WCAG, mobile-first, responsive design). Present concepts and rationale clearly to team members and stakeholders. Qualifications: 1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in computer science, engineering, human computer interaction, interactive media, digital and graphics design, data visualization, communication or a related field, and four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to the area(s) required by the particular position and a specialization in a relevant technology, process, methodology and/or domain; or 2. An associate degree from an accredited college in computer science, engineering, human computer interaction, interactive media, digital and graphics design, data visualization, communication or a related field, and six years of satisfactory full-time experience related to the area(s) required by the particular position and a specialization in a relevant technology, process, methodology and/or domain; or 3. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college, and eight years of satisfactory full-time experience related to the area(s) required by the particular position and a specialization in a relevant technology, process, methodology and/or domain; or 4. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1", "2", or "3" above.
