We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless and engaging user interfaces that meet both user needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback. Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design. Requirements Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Portfolio showcasing previous UX design work and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
