Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.

Oversee the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of EHS policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, acting as the primary point of contact with regulatory agencies.
Develop and manage training programs related to hazardous material handling, emergency response, and general safety best practices.
Administer the workers' compensation program in partnership with Human Resources, identifying trends and recommending preventive measures.
Supervise hazardous and radioactive waste disposal processes, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
Recruit, mentor, and evaluate EHS team members to maintain a high-performance safety culture.

Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer/electrical engineering or equivalent is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive EHS experience, including at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity.

Job Complexity and Supervision
Comfortable in a fast-moving business and team environment
Extensive use of computer equipment, and frequent telephone activity.
Employee must be physically capable of completing and satisfying all training requirements as stipulated by Company policy.
