EHS Coordinator

We're seeking an EHS Coordinator to lead safety initiatives, ensure compliance, and promote a culture of safety awareness at our site. This role is a chance to make a lasting impact by helping achieve an injury-free workplace.
Salary $55,000 - $65,000 + Benefits in Southern Mississippi
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety plans and procedures.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Investigate incidents to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
- Promote safety awareness and mentor employees on best practices.
Minimum requirements for this EHA Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of safety or EHS experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
