ServiceNow Developer

Our professionals help our clients in the Federal Government transform business processes, enhance the efficiency of operations, improve transparency and performance management, promote change management, and comply with Federal laws and regulations. The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the developing, implementing, and administering ServiceNow applications. Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
Perform unit, system, and integration testing.
Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.
Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration.
Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.

A minimum of three (3) years of ServiceNow experience.
Bachelors degree.
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance; Experience in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
Must be US citizen.

Experience working in an Agile environment.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD).
Candidates with an ACTIVE SECRET or higher-level clearance are preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).
Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.
Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP and REST preferred.
Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.
