Senior ServiceNow Developer

Our professionals help our clients in the Federal Government transform business processes, enhance the efficiency of operations, improve transparency and performance management, promote change management, and comply with Federal laws and regulations. The ServiceNow Sr. Developer is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of ServiceNow applications.

Help translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow.
Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers.
Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing.
Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.
Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration.
Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD SECRET security clearance; Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of ServiceNow experience.
Bachelors degree.
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.
Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred.
Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Must be US Citizen.

Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).
Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Information Technology or Business.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD)
Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP and REST preferred.
Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.
General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), Candidates with an ACTIVE SECRET or higher-level clearance are preferred.
