The Twisted Tuna in Jupiter has an immediate opening for experienced sushi chefs.

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience and sushi knowledge in multiple styles, forward thinking ideas, a passionate work ethic and positive team building skills. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in sushi making.
*Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
* Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
* Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
* Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef's instructions
* Clean up station and take care of leftover food
* Stock inventory appropriately
* Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
* Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
* Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
* Works as a team with all personnel in order to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service
*Proven cooking and sushi experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook
* Comprehensive knowledge of Sushi Preparation and trends
* Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, xmcpwfu equipment and procedures

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Recent Full Time Sushi/Raw Bar: 3 years (Required)
