Professional Development Specialist RN - Clinical Programs (Flex) at Providence Health and Services summary: The Professional Development Specialist RN provides educational support and clinical development guidance to nursing staff, ensuring competency and safe patient care. Working closely with clinical leadership, this role emphasizes educational theory to foster clinical expertise and improve outcomes. The position requires a Master’s degree in Nursing, RN licensure, and leadership experience in clinical nursing. This position will provide service group educational support to clinical staff and will be focused on staff clinical development and expertise. Will work intimately with the service group director and Clinical Nurse Specialist to plan for the development of excellence in care. This position will emphasize the use of educational theory and expertise to foster clinical growth to increase the competency of staff and ensure safe and positive patient outcomes.
