Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Sales Order - Manage the complete order-to-cash process, from receiving purchase orders to applying payments. Customer Purchase Order Management - Receive and verify customer purchase orders, ensuring pricing accuracy and compliance with company standards. Order Creation - Create sales orders and shipping orders with precision and attention to detail. Logistics Coordination - Arrange shipments and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure accurate and on-time delivery. Invoice Preparation - Generate and issue invoices in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with sales and shipping documentation. Customer Service - Provide a high level of professional and responsive service to customers and internal teams. Team Support - Be willing to assist in other areas of the business as needed; flexibility and collaboration are key in our small team environment. General Administration - Receive and handle incoming calls, and perform other duties or projects as assigned.
